Specific Sentence Report

A Specific Sentence Report is a written report prepared by the YOT worker with the purpose of assessing the young person's suitability for a specific sentence (e.g. a Reparation Order or where the court have indicated that they wish to impose a YRO with one or more requirements, such as an Attendance Centre Requirement or Activity Requirement).
